Position: Admin Assistant / Front Desk
Location: Kelana Jaya, HighPark Suites
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Support teams and management with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma.
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in English and BM. Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Must possess own transport.
Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM2,500
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit:
- Bonus (TBA)
Working Days: 5 days work week (Mon to Fri)
Working Hours: Mon – Friday 9 – 6pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
