Production Supervisor

1) Conduct shift briefing.

2) Communicate with staffs on daily and weekly production plan.

3) Make sure production schedule fulfillment achieve, responsible for daily production output vs Plan.

4) Monitor machinery down time, work closely with engineering on machine breakdown and maintenance schedule.

5) Responsible for raw and packaging material wastage.

6) Coordinate with warehouse to make sure raw and packaging material supply on time.

7) Responsible for staffs on-job training and disciplinary issue.

8) Responsible on man power planning and staffs attendance.

9) Responsible to report any accident case happen in production floor, prepare accident report for safety team within 24 hours.

10) Responsible for raw material self-life monitoring in production area.

11) Coordinate with QA personal on rework premix (PER) progress.

12) Responsible on any product rework and reject.

13) Key on daily premix preparation report and submit production shift report to clerk on time.

14) Responsible on stock count variance.

15) Responsible for production area 5S, GMP and safety.

16) Reporting problem/s with regards to the food safety management system to the Production Executive / Production Manager / Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
