Main Responsibilities
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting Mill Bulking & Refinery systems and software, while also creating documentation, interacting with customers or end-users, providing technical assistance, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
List of responsibilities
1. Continuously oversee and maintain software systems to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and performance.
2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and systematically resolve software defects, system glitches, and operational inefficiencies to enhance stability.
3. Implement regular software updates, security patches, and system enhancements to improve overall performance and safeguard against vulnerabilities.
4. Modify and refine existing code structures to rectify system errors, prevent workflow disruptions, and ensure seamless operation.
5. Write, test, debug, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient code to support new software applications and system functionalities.
6. Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of tailored software solutions to meet specific business needs.
7.Act as an intermediary between end-users and business units to maintain system reliability, operational efficiency, and seamless communication.
8. Provide end-users with technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and real-time support through written communication and live consultations.
