About the Role

You'll assemble and inspect products according to drawings and work instructions, ensuring every unit meets our quality standards. This role suits detail-oriented team players who enjoy hands-on work in a structured environment.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assemble components according to production drawings, work instructions (WI), and specifications.
  • Set up and operate assembly tools, jigs, and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform in-process visual and functional inspections to verify conformance to quality standards.
  • Accurately record production data (output, defects, downtime) in the production sheets/system.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control requirements at all times.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement (e.g., Kaizen) to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation in line with 5S practices.
  • Immediately report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or process deviations to the supervisor.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
  • Able to read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and inspection standards.
  • Detail-oriented, with precise hand–eye coordination.
  • Flexible to work shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Experience in assembly/manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
