Key Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical assemblies within the manufacturing operation.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in production equipment to the component level.
  • Operate and maintain electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other specialized tools as required.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve functionality issues, support process improvements, and update debug or repair procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of work instructions, batch records, equipment logs, material specifications, and other device history documents in compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor production metrics such as yield, equipment cycle time, and downtime to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist with the installation, debug, and validation of new or upgraded process equipment.
  • Develop, update, and maintain a comprehensive Debug Guide to support consistent and efficient troubleshooting of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA).
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians on diagnostic and repair best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
