The role

MyGP Clinics is a rapidly expanding healthcare group across Malaysia, and we're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media content, and supporting day-to-day marketing activities to strengthen the MyGP brand presence and patient engagement.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote MYGP CLINIC' services and drive new patient acquisition
  2. Manage the company's social media channels, creating engaging content to build brand awareness
  3. Coordinate with the operation team to support lead generation and conversion efforts
  4. Assist with the organisation of events and patient outreach activities
  5. Monitor website performance and make recommendations for improvements
  6. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and performance metrics
  7. Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or operations role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  3. Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  4. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  5. A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
  6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  7. Prefer someone can write and read chinese
