What You'll Be Doing

Keep the Operations Flowing

  • Oversee the daily operations, from shift scheduling to store cleanliness and smooth service.
  • Make sure the outlet runs efficiently while maintaining our signature myBurgerLab energy.
  • Handle any hiccups or issues calmly and quickly.

Champion Great Service

  • Lead by example to deliver warm, friendly, and memorable customer experiences.
  • Manage customer feedback and resolve any issues with care and professionalism.
  • Keep the service fast, accurate, and filled with positive vibes.

Maintain Top-Notch Quality

  • Ensure every burger and side dish meets our quality and presentation standards.
  • Follow and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Keep an eye on product consistency, food safety, and hygiene.

Lead and Grow Your Team

  • Train, motivate, and guide your crew to be their best.
  • Help with onboarding new team members and conducting ongoing training.
  • Give regular feedback and build a positive, respectful work culture.

Manage Inventory & Safety

  • Oversee stock levels, manage ordering, and reduce waste.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safety guidelines are followed.
  • Conduct safety training, drills, and keep an emergency plan in check.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or higher.
  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly, engaging personality. You set the tone for the team and the customers.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Cool-headed under pressure and adaptable to change.
  • A real team player who believes in collaboration and good vibes.
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Open to Malaysians only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
