What you'll be doing?
  • Client Liaison: Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project success.
  • Vision Translation: Transform client dreams into reality by understanding their needs and creating compelling proposals and actionable plans.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare and oversee design proposals, budgets, and quotations that align with creative standards and project guidelines.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor progress, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality workmanship.
Who are they looking for?
  • Design Education: Hold a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
  • Bilingual Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively engage with diverse clients.
  • Design Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator is advantageous but not required.
  • Sales Experience: Bring at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably within the interior design or renovation industry.
  • Mobile: Own transport is necessary for this role to ensure flexibility in meeting clients and visiting project sites.
  • Results-Driven Attitude: Show a detail-oriented approach, strong teamwork skills, and a hands-on attitude to drive project success.
