What you'll be doing?
  • Project Oversight: Lead and manage overall project activities, developing detailed execution plans to ensure successful completion.
  • Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure quality execution and contract requirements are met.
  • Resource Management: Plan and execute efficient allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment for project success.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate in-house staff and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Progress Monitoring: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports to designers and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Address on-site issues promptly, coordinating with relevant parties to resolve design and construction matters.
  • Quality Assurance: Handle and manage defect works, ensuring projects are handed over flawlessly and on time.
  • Safety Compliance: Monitor and enforce safety regulations on-site to maintain a secure work environment.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, bringing a solid foundation in design principles.
  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in retail fit-out or commercial interior design, demonstrating a track record of successful projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with Cantonese being an advantage to facilitate effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and passion for creating stunning, functional spaces.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and embrace new challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
