DAB Technology supplies a wide range of vacuum lifting devices and is the sole distributor of vacuum products in Asia Pacific. We provide vacuum solutions that improve performance and productivity. We are seeking for highly motivated Draughtsman/Draughtswomen to join our team.

Description

  • To generate conceptual & details drawing for machine.
  • Enforce proper documentation and design rules.
  • Checking of drawings and preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Able to work under tight schedules to complete the design job on time.
  • To perform mechanical design works which include create assembly drawing, prepare BOM list, detail part drawing & pneumatic drafting according to schedule.
  • Good at cost budgeting, calculation of automation parts, model selection and design.
  • Discussing and solving problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.
  • Liaise with production team in ensuring a successful transfer of a new product fabrication into the existing production process.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering, or Mechanical field or other related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in Drafting is an added advantage.
  • Computer literate experience in Auto-Cad & Solid Work would be an advantage
  • Prepare detail part & assembly drawing for mechanical works
  • Commit to work & possess initiative
  • Willing to learn
  • Possess own Transport with license

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of mechanical design using Solid Work software
  • Knowledge in automation systems and tools – pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, vision, material handling, conveyors, screws/fasteners, inspection/test, dispense process, material selection and etc.
