. As part of our growth, we're looking for a
Technical Manager
to lead a team of engineers and drive high-impact technology projects across diverse enterprise clients.


What You'll Do

In this role, you'll oversee both strategy and execution — guiding your team and ensuring operational excellence across all IT initiatives.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT engineers to deliver top-tier technical solutions.
  • Oversee the
    design, deployment, and maintenance
    of IT systems, networks, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Manage
    IT and cybersecurity projects
    , from planning to implementation, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement and maintain IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies to enhance the company's technical capabilities and offerings.


What You Bring

You'll thrive in this role if you have a mix of technical expertise, leadership strength, and a proactive mindset.

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Computer Science, IT, Engineering
    , or related field.
  • At least
    5 years of experience
    in IT management or a similar role.
  • Able to speak, read and write mandarin.
  • Proven hands-on experience in
    network, server, and cloud infrastructure
    management.
  • Familiarity with
    cybersecurity frameworks, IT service management (ITIL)
    , and
    project management methodologies
    .
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to make sound technical decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills — you're confident leading teams and client discussions.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of
    virtualization, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure)
    , and enterprise data protection technologies.
