Task Descriptions:

  1. Assist in preparation of MBBP, budget (yearly planning) and forecast (FC planning)
  2. Assist in dealing with all financial key performance indicators including expenses, revenue, investment and stock on hand for both planning and actuals process
  3. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for Management reviews and ad-hoc discussions.
  4. Perform in-depth variance analysis to explain deviations from targets in actuals vs. planning and recommend corrective measures.
  5. Identify process improvement opportunities and work closely with stakeholders to implement enhancements that optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  6. Drive automation and data processing implementations. Develop an automated planning and actuals tracking process for selected key performance indicators including expenses, investment and stock on hand.
  7. Responsibility for financials submissions in IMPACT, MIF, Invest.Net and OnePlace/Greenfile.
  8. Responsibility for financial processes among others: Cost center report, form approval, approver flow updated, cost center creation
  9. Collaborate with the stakeholders to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  10. Implement business requirements and set up financial reporting to provide the stakeholders with the financial information they need to steer their business efficiently.
  11. Identify process improvement opportunities and work closely with stakeholders to implement enhancements that optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting

Education/ Experiences:


• Bachelor's or Master' s degree in Finance, Business Administration or ideally Business informatics


• Proven experience (5 years) in financial planning and controlling, preferably in a corporate environment.


• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI), as well as data analytics, reporting and integration platforms (e.g. KNIME).


• Hands-on experience in Financial systems (SAP).


• Experience in financial forecasting, and deviation analysis.


• Solid understanding of overall financial processes within corporate environment.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into meaningful insights and recommendations.


• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.


• Strong software and data analytics skills (Power BI, KNIME, MS Excel, Word and Power point)
