About the Role

We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team at iCookAsia Digital — a digital content agency specializing in food and lifestyle brands.

You'll assist in managing social media accounts (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram), planning content calendars, and supporting campaign execution. This internship offers real, hands-on experience working with well-known brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts.
  • Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas (especially on TikTok).
  • Help write captions and basic copy for posts.
  • Coordinate with designers, talents, and video editors.
  • Support community management — replying to comments and messages.
  • Monitor post performance and help prepare simple reports.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field.
  • Passionate about social media and digital trends.
  • Basic knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Organized, eager to learn, and good communication skills.
  • Able to use Canva or CapCut (added advantage).

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM650.00 per month
