As our Pastry Steward, you'll be the heartbeat of our kitchen, the person who keeps everything spotless, organized, and ready for production.

It's an entry-level role, perfect for someone who wants to grow into a pastry or baking career.

What You'll Do

  • Clean and sanitize baking tools, trays, mixers, and workstations
  • Organize dry storage, chillers, and freezers daily
  • Wash and polish utensils, mixing bowls, and equipment
  • Assist with basic prep (weighing ingredients, lining trays, portioning dough)
  • Receive and label ingredients properly
  • Support the pastry team during production and service
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
