Role Purpose:

The Backend Onboarding Executive will be responsible for verifying merchant documents uploaded to the system, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our merchant onboarding process and supporting smooth activation of services.

Responsibilities we entrust you with:

  • Review and verify contracts submitted by the sales team to ensure compliance with company regulations, standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Ensure all merchant onboarding submissions are accurate and complete, with correct information set up prior to the merchant going live.
  • Support senior team members with daily tasks and operational duties during high-volume periods or when required.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, providing guidance on compliance procedures and operational requirements when necessary.

What matters in this role:

  • Good command of English (written and verbal). Mandarin and Malay would be an added advantage.
  • Detail oriented, fast learner, and able to work independently. Proactive in completing tasks.
  • Team player with high integrity.
