Channelwill is a fast-growing SaaS company that builds smart solutions for global Shopify merchants. We're now expanding our engineering team to strengthen our logistics tracking and customer support systems.

What You'll Do
  1. Build and maintain backend systems supporting supply chain, small parcel, and air freight tracking operations.
  2. Work on the migration of 200+ logistics carriers into our unified tracking platform.
  3. Ensure customer issues and system requests are handled quickly and effectively.
  4. Participate in the system rebuild and iteration of our air freight and small parcel tracking products.
  5. Continuously optimize system performance and improve customer complaint handling efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Malaysia at the time of hire. 需有合法的工作身份

  • 中文听说读写流利,可作为工作语言

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in backend development.
  • Solid knowledge of LNMP architecture and PHP.
  • Skilled in Linux, Nginx, Redis, and MySQL.
  • Experience in cross-border e-commerce or logistics tracking systems is a big plus.
  • Experience dealing with customer complaints or building web crawlers is preferred.
  • Familiar with Go (Golang) development — especially in Go web frameworks or microservices (gRPC) — will be an advantage.
