In this role as an Intern with the CSA CoE (Center of Excellence) team, you will be working closely with CSA (Contractual Service Agreements) portfolio operation managers to drive process improvement.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities IncludeCo-leading process/quality improvement projects for CSA operational excellenceLearning and applying Lean Six Sigma concept/tools, while working collaboratively with CSA systems subject matter experts (SMEs) and various fulfilment partners, to define standard work to efficiently manage CSA processesSupporting day-to-day CSA operations which comprise timely and accurate transactions to manage fulfilment activitiesWorking proactively with contract managers and customer facing teams, in taking actions to resolve obstacles in business processes that may impact customer fulfilment and/or contract executionGaining exposure to power generation products, and how a MNC (Multinational company) structure long term services contracts with our customers (owners/operators of powerplants).Gaining exposure to the various operational aspects of CSA management, in order to fulfill our contractual obligations and to meet business objectivesQualifications/RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Material and/or Industrial Engineering (GPA: >~3)Proficiency in MS Office applicationsAbility to learn tools such as Excel or Tableau for data analysisStrong preference for intern who can join for a minimum of 6 months or more.Desired CharacteristicsStrong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated creative problem solving and proactive learningInterested in learning power generation products, and how a MNC (Multinational company) structure services contracts with our customers (owners/operators of power plants)"We are passionate about creating an inclusive work environment.
