Join Our Team as a Senior Accounts Executive

We are seeking an experienced and committed professional to support our growing organisation. If you have strong accounting expertise and the ability to work independently, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage full set of accounts independently.


• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records (AP, AR, GL) and perform monthly bank reconciliations.


• Maintain proper financial documentation while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.


• Prepare financial reports, statements, and analysis for management review.


• Support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities.


• Handle annual tax estimates and related tax matters.


• Oversee petty cash management and administer online/cheque payments.

Requirements


• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent professional qualification.


• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the training/education sector.


• Strong ability to handle a full set of accounts independently.


• Proficient in SQL accounting software.


• Computer literate with good skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.


• Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
