Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly invoicing and follow up collections.

2. Manage and process payment and maintain proper corporate filing systems.

3. Perform monthly reconciliation and financial data reporting and analysis.

4. Assist manager in general ad-hoc routines.

5. Conduct exceptional check and due-diligence check on all transactions.

6. Assist in financial audit and year end tax computation.

7. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor Degree in Accountings. 

2. Poses sufficient analytical, negotiation and communication skills. 

3. Proficiency in reporting system or data entry software and tools. 

4. Fluent in English and Mandarin; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

6. Minimum 5 years experience in accounting role will be an added advantage.
