Role Overview:

We are seeking a
Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions and improve profitability. This is a critical role that works closely with senior management and all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Manage and maintain complex financial models including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Lead company-wide annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting activities.
  • Analyze variances against forecasts and budgets, providing actionable insights.
  • Identify key cost areas and propose efficiency improvements.
  • Evaluate historical budgets/expenditures and implement improvements for future budgets.

Decision Support & Analysis

  • Provide financial insights to support business units in achieving KPIs.
  • Build financial models for business decision-making.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance reporting and analysis accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and management insights.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.

Month-End Closing

  • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Assist with monthly reporting, variance analysis, and management reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Chartered Accountant preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years in FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, and decision analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Excellent analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills and capability to lead projects across teams.
