Administration Roles
· Oversee and manage daily office administration tasks.
· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive schedules.
· Maintain organized records, reports, and databases.
· Manage correspondence, emails, and internal communications.
· Handle procurement, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
· Ensure compliance with office policies and company guidelines.
· Support studio events and functions.
· Assist in document preparation, presentations, and reports.
· Monitor office expenses and maintain financial records.
· Ensure smooth office operations and resolve administrative issues.
· Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
· Coordinate studio events, team activities, and corporate meetings.
· Handle and issue all dance studio payment receipts.
Supporting Roles
· Implementing, maintain, and complete accurate records of student attendance and records.
· Performs other various administrative duties such as documentation, scheduling, organizing materials, printing, filing, and others.
· Participate in meetings, professional development and practical workshops, and event planning sessions to contribute to the development of the dance studio
Professional Growth
· Maintaining professional standard by being present and participating at all studio related events such as dance competitions, performance events, collaborative works, workshops, seminars, conferences, and/or advanced course work at institutions of higher learning
· Improving and enhancing the company media platform by creating videos through taking photography and videos, and uploading medias to social media platform
Business Operation
· Collaborate with dance teachers to ensure efficient and effective operation of all dance programmes including cleanliness and upkeep of the studio(s), facilities and equipment maintenance, transportation, and other task assigned by supervisor/manager.
· Ensuring safety standards for students at the centre at all times.
· Provide assistance and support for dance teacher in case of emergency to ensure smooth operations
· Able to assist in make up and student performance preparations.
· Able to work occasionally prolonged and irregular hours especially on weekends (Saturday and Sundays).
· Support marketing initiatives at internal or external company school events related to the business.
Providing assistance in workshops, event planning, logistics coordination, and content development to showcase the dance programmes to attract customers.
Requirement:
- Diploma degree or equivalent in education or related field
- At least PMR qualification in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Administrative Officer, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and administrative practices.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team
- React to change productively and handle other tasks effectively as assigned.
- Ability to be more initiative in events, new projects and new ideas.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude, reliable, and a good team player
- Able to work occasionally prolonged and irregular hours
- Have perseverance and patience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
