About the role

The Graphic Designer Cum 3D Operator is a full-time position at IBRANDIUM in Kuching Sarawak. This is an integral role that will contribute to the design and development of visually compelling graphics, 3D models, and digital assets to support the company's marketing and branding initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Create a wide range of high-quality graphic designs, illustrations, and visual assets for various digital and print marketing materials
  • Develop 3D models, animations, and visual effects to enhance digital content and product visualisations
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client needs
  • Ensure all design work adheres to the company's branding guidelines and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality of your work
  • Provide support and guidance to more junior members of the design team as needed

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 2D and 3D design
  • Excellent skills in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), 3D modelling tools (Blender, Cinema 4D), and video editing software
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improving your design skills
