Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Office Assistant cum Driver to support daily office operations and provide safe, punctual transportation services when required. This role combines general office administrative tasks with driving duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle errands, deliveries, and collection of documents or parcels.
  • Support office staff with basic administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
  • Safely drive and transport passengers or goods to designated locations.
  • Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times.
  • Plan routes and manage schedules to ensure timely arrivals.
  • Adhere to all traffic rules and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Valid driving license (Class D) with a clean driving record.
  • Prior experience in office administration or as a driver is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Kuching routes and surrounding areas.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
