Job description:

Managing KFC & Pizza Hut outlets of repair and maintenance related matters.

What You'll Be Doing:

A. General Maintenance & Contractor Oversight

  • Ensure high work standard delivered by all service and maintenance contractors.
  • Oversee scheduled and ad-hoc repair & maintenance work to meet business unit needs according to approved SOP.
  • Carry out routine inspections to all KFC and Pizza Hut outlets within Peninsular Malaysia.
  • Ensure outlets/properties/premises are maintained at high standards to uphold the good image of QSR Brands.
  • Inspect, evaluate, and maintain outlets/properties/premises and work with appointed contractors and vendors to expedite all repair work, minimizing operational impact.
  • Possess good knowledge of building systems such as air conditioning, electrical, fire protection, civil & ID, and specialized kitchen equipment (oven, fryer, refrigerant equipment, hot holding equipment, etc.).
  • Stay updated on current trends and developments in energy saving and sustainability.
  • Familiar with MS-Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

B. Helpdesk & Ticket Management

  • Monitor all tickets assigned to Local Contractors (LC) and ensure timely updates.
  • Acknowledge and respond to tickets assigned to QSR Maintenance promptly.
  • Manage all ad-hoc service requests, including grease trap cleaning and quotation tickets.
  • Track and follow up on ticket progress to ensure resolution within SLA.
  • Maintain accurate records of tickets and contractor performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Competent Certificates or Diploma in building, facilities management, mechanical sciences/studies or any other engineering/technical disciplines.
  • 2-5 years' experience in related fields.
  • Physically fit.
  • Office and Restaurant environment.
  • Communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Written communication skills.
  • Self-discipline.
  • Self-motivated.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
