We are looking for a versatile and dedicated Human Resource Intern to join our team. You will be responsible to assist with the core HR functions while also focusing on attracting and retaining top talent to support the company's growth. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to our HR initiatives and functions with overall firm and group objectives and to take ownership to promote and build positive culture.

This position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

Recruitment

Scheduling interviews for all BUs

Send assessments, feedbacks, reference check & rejection for all BUs

Recruit interns for internship program (priority)

Assist with sourcing & screening for A1 & A2 positions (optional)

Assist in career fairs

Ambassador for the interns

Onboarding

Internship preparation inc coms, docs, access & tools

Assist with orientation for interns

Offboarding

Internship preparation inc coms, docs, access & tools

Assist with exit interview & clearance for interns

Employee Activites & Social Media

Assist with employee activities & social media content

Arrange gifts/token for newborn, marriage, condolences, etc

HR Sytem & Database for any staff movements

Draft ad-hoc letters for vendors

Upkeep intern's database & documents

Transfer all employee files to HR databse

Monthly update all types of staff listing inc claim, etc

Fortnightly update HR exec with all employee movements for insurance

Monthly submit all necessary docs for stamp duty

Office Management

Point of contact for cleaners & complains

Manage pantry, office inventories & inform HR Exec to replenish

Research, propose & deal with vendors for ad-hocs

Admin & Ad-hoc

Assist with PPT preparations & designing marketing collaterals

Assist or manage any necessary ad-hoc projects or tasks
