As a Human Resources Intern, you will support the People & Culture team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment process and employer branding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job platforms, company website, and social media channels.
- Ensure job postings are accurate, appealing, and aligned with company branding.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and organising recruitment materials.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in wide range of human resources.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
