We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Junior Technician to support maintenance and repair work at our restaurant outlets. You will assist in ensuring all kitchen equipment, electrical systems, and facilities are well-maintained to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining restaurant equipment (kitchen appliances, refrigerators, chillers, etc.)
  • Support routine inspections and preventive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from outlets
  • Coordinate with contractors or vendors when necessary
  • Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance logs
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness of the maintenance work area
  • Support senior technician or maintenance supervisor as required

Requirements:

  • SPM / Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of maintenance experience are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, or equipment troubleshooting
  • Willing to travel to different outlets when required
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
