Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting daily operations in an automated warehouse environment, ensuring the efficient flow, storage, and retrieval of goods

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate warehouse automation systems (e.g., ASRS, robot palletizers, cranes, RGV, conveyors, WCS & WMS).

• Coordinate inbound and outbound processes, including receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch.

• Ensure accurate scanning, labeling, and documentation of goods movement.

• Troubleshoot and report system errors or equipment faults to the technical team.

• Liaise with transporters, warehouse operators, and inventory planners.

• Perform routine checks and housekeeping to ensure system uptime and safety.

• Support stock counts and cycle counting activities.

• Follow SOPs and comply with all safety and quality standards.

• Study downtime trends & introduce timely corrective actions to minimize machine downtime.


• Support internal training for ASRS technicians/controllers.

• Perform downtime analysis & reports as of when required.

• Establish standard work instructions to standardize work methods across ASRS operations.

• Ensure safety measures are up-to-date, implemented & practiced across work areas.


• Liaise with China teams on system-related issues or projects (WCS & WMS).

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.

• 3 to 7 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role or logistics field.

• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay (spoken and written) is a must to liaise with stakeholders from China.
