Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance, or equivalent.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have good communication ability and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software/ ERP systems (e.g., SAP) added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in related accounting field.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assign asset tag numbers and maintain detailed asset records.
  • Record & disposal of the assets.
  • Conduct periodic physical inventory checks of fixed assets.
  • Reconcile fixed asset sub-ledger with the general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
  • Analyze operational costs including materials, labor, and overhead.
  • Develop annual budgets in collaboration with all department heads.
  • Monitor actual spending against budgeted figures and report variances.
  • Track and analyze production costs to ensure accurate product costing.
  • Reconcile inventory accounts and conduct regular audits.
  • Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to implement cost control measures.
