OVERALL PURPOSEOF THE JOB

Responsible for delivering technical expertise in the configuration, customization and enhancement of the Oracle NetSuite ERP system. The role ensures that system capabilities continue to meet evolving business needs through the design, testing and deployment of system improvements, as well as providing day-to-day technical troubleshooting, system optimization and integration support.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

  • Provide first-level technical support for NetSuite, including configuration, script debugging, issue analysis and solution deployment.
  • Manage and document system change requests, configurations, enhancements and fixes to ensure traceability and compliance with internal audit requirements.
  • Perform configuration of scripts, custom forms, custom fields, saved searches, workflows, dashboards, approval flows.
  • Develop and deploy NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder and other SuiteCloud tools.
  • Collaborate with functional teams (ERP Support) to understand requirements, translate into technical specifications and deliver enhancements efficiently.
  • Conduct testing, regression testing and validation of new developments in Sanbox environment before deployment into Production environment.
  • Review, test and validate NetSuite system upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure compatibility and stability.
  • Coordinate impact assessments and support a smooth transition during version changes.
  • Provide technical support for ERP-related integrations with third-party applications (HRMS, RPA, mobile apps, etc.).
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure seamless API and data exchange operations.
  • Ensure all system documentation, SOPs, technical guides, architecture diagrams and change logs are properly maintained and audit-ready.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides and enhancement manuals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and propose automation opportunities to reduce manual and repetitive tasks.
  • Perform additional tasks and project-related assignments as required to support the ERP Support Team and business objectives.
  • Adhere to Deleum's Code of Business Conduct and ABMS (Anti-Bribery Management System) requirements.

KNOWLEDGE /EXPERIENCEREQUIRED FOR THEJOB

  • 3–5 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems in technical roles (development, configuration, support).
  • Hands-on experience in NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and system customization is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementation cycles, including UAT, go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Knowledge of integration frameworks (RESTlets, SuiteTalk, API communication) is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of user access management, role-based access controls and audit/security requirements.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP development and deployment processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
  • NetSuite Certification (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) is a plus but not mandatory.

ACADEMIC /PROFESSIONALQUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or any related field.
  • Candidate with Diploma but with proven related experience may be considered.
