Job Scope Krew Kiosk Azack Pizza

1. Penyediaan & Penyajian Pizza

  • Menyediakan pizza mengikut SOP Azack Pizza (doh, sos, topping, keju).
  • Memastikan kualiti rasa, rupa dan kebersihan sentiasa konsisten.
  • Mengendalikan oven/pemanggang dengan selamat dan cekap.

2. Khidmat Pelanggan

  • Menyambut pelanggan dengan mesra dan profesional.
  • Mengambil pesanan (walk-in / preorder / delivery platform).
  • Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan tentang menu, promosi dan halal status.

3. Operasi Kaunter & Pembayaran

  • Mengendalikan sistem POS / pembayaran tunai & e-wallet.
  • Memastikan wang tunai seimbang dan resit dikeluarkan dengan betul.

4. Kebersihan & Keselamatan Makanan

  • Menjaga kebersihan kiosk, peralatan dan kawasan kerja.
  • Mematuhi standard kebersihan makanan & SOP halal.
  • Mengurus sisa makanan dengan betul.

5. Stok & Persediaan Harian

  • Menyemak dan menyediakan stok bahan mentah harian.
  • Melaporkan kekurangan stok kepada penyelia/manager.
  • Menyusun bahan mentah dengan kaedah FIFO.

6. Kerja Berpasukan & Disiplin

  • Bekerjasama dengan ahli pasukan untuk kelancaran operasi.
  • Mengikut jadual kerja, arahan penyelia dan polisi syarikat.
  • Menjaga imej & reputasi jenama Azack Pizza.

Kriteria Tambahan

  • Boleh bekerja syif & hujung minggu
  • Berdisiplin, cepat belajar & berpenampilan kemas
  • Pengalaman F&B adalah kelebihan (tidak wajib)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
