Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on production machinery and factory electrical systems, including cutting machines, bending machines, welding machines, gantry cranes, and other related equipment.
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions, abnormalities, or operational issues to the superior or Factory Manager immediately.
  • Ensure all machines and equipment are maintained in good working condition to minimize downtime and reduce repair costs.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical, electrical, and equipment breakdowns to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Carry out upkeep, repair, and servicing of machinery, equipment, and factory electrical systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and modification works to support process improvements.
  • Monitor equipment performance and propose improvements or upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve issues affecting output or product quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

  • Certificate in Machinery Operations, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
  • Hands-on experience in machinery troubleshooting.
  • Basic electrical knowledge in single-phase and three-phase wiring.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Safety-conscious with a responsible work attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
