Qualifications & experience

• Certificate (Technical) / SVM ( Sijil Vokasional Malaysia) / Diploma (Electrical/ Mechatronic) or Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in vending machine repair is a plus.
• Possess driving license.

Willing to travel outstation when needed.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Perform installation, troubleshooting support, repair services, wiring matters (if applicable) and preventive maintenance of vending machine and equipment.
• Travel to customer locations to perform services and assess customer needs.
• Learn all designs, functions and repair methods of machine and equipment.
• Assist lead technician in servicing/maintenance and documentation works.
• Perform any task given by the supervisor from time to time.
• Possess good communication skills to liaise with customers.
