HR Support:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Support tracking of staff attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help plan and schedule company social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) aligned with HR and branding activities.
  • Uphold confidentiality and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Administrative Support:

  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and supplies.
  • Monitor and manage office inventory such as stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to meet office operational needs.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Support the planning and organization of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and CEO.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1, RM1,500.00 per month
