The role focuses on budget control, cost forecasting, variation assessment, and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle — from early design through construction and close-out.

Contract & Commercial Management

  • Support commercial reporting to Client and internal stakeholders.

Cost Risk & Value Management

  • Identify potential commercial and cost risks associated with CSA scope.
  • Provide recommendations for value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Support mitigation strategies for budget overruns and scope changes.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with Project Managers, Design Consultants, Site Teams, and Procurement.
  • Provide commercial input during design reviews, technical clarifications, and construction coordination meetings.
  • Offer cost and commercial advice to Client and project stakeholders when required.
