Engineer, Flour Process
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare production schedule in accordance to sales forecast and products inventory.
- Plan and control the inventories of materials and additives based on the production schedule.
- Arrange manpower and working schedule for the department's activities.
- Plan and monitor the production process activities and ensure it meets targeted outputs and product specifications.
- Plan and coordinate process maintenance and equipment sanitation activities, as well as to coordinate with Engineering Department on machinery maintenance and improvement projects.
- Participate in troubleshooting of problems or issues on production process and quality.
- Ensure the production process are in accordance to the operating procedures, ISO / FSSC and GMP requirements as well as the safety & health rules.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written. Able to communicate in Mandarin/Hindi is an added advantage.
- Good Microsoft skills and have basic programming knowledge
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Working experience in food manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- On Job Training will be provided.
- Opportunity to work in other mills within FFM Group in Malaysia.
