The Role

As a Forwarding Executive, you will be a key player in our customs clearance operations. You will ensure that all customs-related matters are handled efficiently and in compliance with regulations, facilitating the smooth movement of cargo for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage the declaration of various customs documents and manifests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate and follow up closely with the internal operations team to ensure seamless cargo clearance.
  • Proactively update clients on the status of their shipments, providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Liaise effectively with various supply chain stakeholders, including shipping lines, agents, and port authorities, to resolve any operational issues.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Candidates who can start work immediately will be given priority.
