What You'll Be Doing

• Build strong, professional relationships
  with teachers, schools, sponsors, students, and government partners. Represent JA with confidence and help create meaningful, high-impact learning experiences.
• Lead programs from A to Z
  by planning, coordinating, and executing impactful education initiatives. You'll own goals, timelines, and operations to ensure every program runs smoothly and professionally.
• Add your creative spark
  by shaping and refreshing program materials, especially in Digital Skills, STEM, and Entrepreneurship. Your ideas help turn learning into something students genuinely enjoy.
• Amplify our voice
  through social media and communication support. Your creativity helps elevate how JA shows up to the world.
• Turn feedback into real improvement
  by collecting and analysing input from schools and students, helping us continuously enhance program quality and reach.
• Showcase your wins
  by presenting project updates, insights, and recommendations directly to the Executive Director.
• Be the energy in the room
  as you deliver interactive, engaging sessions that make experiential learning memorable and exciting for students.
• Make magic happen with partners
  by motivating and connecting with stakeholders at every level, ensuring successful program outcomes across multiple locations.

Supplementary Responsibilities:

• Support data management processes — from collection and analysis to monitoring and reporting — to ensure informed and effective decision making.
• Use digital tools such as LMS platforms, WooCommerce, Wix, design or video creation software, and OBS Studio to enhance program delivery and communication efforts.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• A university degree is great, but a diploma with solid hands-on skills works too (we love practical talent).
• Fresh grads or those with 2 to 3 years of experience? Come on in.
• Got a car?
  Huge plus
  . You'll be zipping between workshops, schools, and event locations.
• Comfortable in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Bonus points if you speak Mandarin or Tamil.
• A vibrant, engaging personality that connects easily with students, teachers, and partners.
• A natural team player who jumps in, supports others, and keeps the good vibes going.
• Proactive, organised, and ready to juggle multiple tasks while working independently when needed.
