POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Responsible to assist in executing relevant activities pertaining to the Group's sustainability vision, commitment and sustainability material matters encompassing Environment, Social and Governance (ESG).
  • Responsible to assist in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities by planning, developing, implementing, and reporting all ERM activities to minimize risk and liabilities in ensuring achievement of company's vision and business strategies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGIES & IMPLEMENTATION

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable practices across the organization.

  3. Consolidate and prepare reporting materials of the Group's sustainability performance.
  4. Collect and analyse sustainability quantitative and qualitative data at the group level, ensuring data integrity at all times, and maintaining effective relationships with all data providers.
  5. Design and deliver training programs to educate employees about ESG goals, practices, and their individual roles in achieving them.
  6. Foster a culture of sustainability and responsibility throughout the organization.

  7. Stay informed and updated regarding changes in sustainability regulations and standards to ensure compliance.

  8. ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT

  9. Execute the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management System in Group and ensure consistency of risk management practices in the Group.

  10. Assist to identify risk exposures, pre-empt, and unravel potential risk scenario to proactively address risk issues.
  11. Assist to implement risk management program to ensure all risks identified are addressed and risk impact are minimized through proper mitigations.
  12. Act as the focal point for coordinating, and  monitoring risks management process

3. Other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. Environmental Management, Sustainability Development or risk management)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sustainability
  • Familiar with risk management and tools
  • Certification in Sustainability (e.g., Sustainability Reporting, GRI, TCFD) is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of hospital system and Quality related Accreditation is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
