Job Description

  1. Culture Management
  2. Promote Values: Act as a cultural ambassador, integrating company values into the workplace.
  3. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  4. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between employees and management to reinforce culture.
  5. Performance Management
  6. Goal Setting: Assist in setting and communicating performance goals and objectives.
  7. Performance Tracking: Track performance processes and continuous feedback mechanisms.
  8. Improvement Plans: Develop and monitor performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
  9. Talent Management
  10. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  11. Onboarding: Oversee onboarding processes, including orientation and paperwork completion.
  12. Talent Retention & Growth: Implement strategies to retain high-performing employees (e.g: Training Programs) and support employees to grow their skills and advance in their careers.
  13. Administration
  14. HR Systems Management: Manage HR information systems and maintain accurate employee records.
  15. Benefits & Claims: Handling benefits administration and processing employee claims.
  16. Policy and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies, and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  17. Reporting and Documentation: Generate HR reports, handle documents, and manage exit processes, including final settlements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in HR roles. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools & Google Tools (E.g: Docs, Sheet, Slide, etc.. )
  • Strong Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to fairness.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and candidate management.
