Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Administer and track staff attendance, Annual Leave, Medical Leave, and other leave entitlements.
  • Manage staff claims and medical claims in line with company policies.
  • Support probationary and performance review processes by preparing necessary documents and maintaining records.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee engagement activities, welfare matters, and assist in resolving staff queries.
  • Provide general administrative support and handle day-to-day office operations.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure timely servicing or maintenance when required.
  • Oversee office cleanliness and upkeep to maintain a clean, organised, and functional workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support HR and office operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labour law and statutory requirements.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in office software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team.
