HR & Admin Executive

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Administer and track staff attendance, Annual Leave, Medical Leave, and other leave entitlements.
- Manage staff claims and medical claims in line with company policies.
- Support probationary and performance review processes by preparing necessary documents and maintaining records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee engagement activities, welfare matters, and assist in resolving staff queries.
- Provide general administrative support and handle day-to-day office operations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure timely servicing or maintenance when required.
- Oversee office cleanliness and upkeep to maintain a clean, organised, and functional workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support HR and office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labour law and statutory requirements.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team.
