Human Resource Executive

Plan and implement new sourcing methods for different positions in the company.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for management, HQ departments, and frontliner roles.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions with department heads.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and other talent acquisition events.
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are well-integrated.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment and company culture.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Organize team-building activities and recognition programs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in bulk recruitment and managing large-scale hiring processes.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with good command of written & spoken English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint is a must
