About the role
As a Telesales Executive at VSTECS Ku Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and driving programs/events through proactive outbound calling. This is based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
What you'll be doing
- Develop new customer and maintain good rapports with existing customers via cold calling.
- To drive demand generation and sales pipelines, update and maintain customer/partner database profiling & obtaining customer feedback via inbound, outbound call and email correspondence.
- Provide information on Company products and services, partnership recruitment/enablement and follow up on the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with vendor and internal sales team and Pre/Post sales team in driving programs and events for new prospects and existing customers.
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or telesales role, preferably in the B2B or technology industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
- Adaptable, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to achieving results
