Location: Sedenak, Kulai

Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000

Working Days/Hours:

  • Normal: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
  • Operation Department Training (1 month): Shift work – 12 hours (8am–8pm / 8pm–8am), 2 days day shift, 2 days rest, 2 days night shift

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a 6-month management trainee program covering both technical and operational functions.
  • Gain hands-on experience in operations, maintenance, and production processes.
  • Assist in daily plant activities, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Work closely with senior engineers and managers to understand workflows and system operations.
  • Prepare simple reports and share improvement ideas with management.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and vendors.
  • Strong interest in technical and operations management.
  • Willing to work 1 month of shift schedule during training in Operation Department.
