Administration

  • Booking of domestic and international flight tickets for employees.

  • Assist employee on Visa application.

  • Hotel & Transport arrangement for Company guest and employees going outstation/overseas.

  • Liaise with immigration department for work permit application and renewal

when required.

  • Monitor the work and attendance of Contract Cleaners, process the payment details for submission to Finance Dept as well as Security.

  • Update the insurance record for the new employee and resigned staff monthly when necessary. Process for insurance and Socso claims of employees.

  • Manage Company's Building Master Keys .

- Maintain the filing systems and records of circular/memos, internal and

external correspondence.

  • Prepare memo & correspondence letter related to HR & Admin Department

  • To ensure that all HR and Admin procedures is in accordance to the standard

operating procedures requirements.

  • Ensure to get placement for Practical Trainees for requested department.

  • Assist HOD with other HR functions (interview, training, orientation, and etc).

  • Any other clerical functions of the HR & Admin Department assign from time to time.

  • Be aware of the risks and opportunities related to the job assigned.

  • Be aware of the needs and expectation of interested party, the consequences of failure and their impact.
    •General administrative support for the General Manager including appointment arrangement, prepare monthly reports and taking detailed notes/actions.


•Provide full range of secretarial & administrative duties such as dealing with internal & external parties, drafting letters, screening phone calls, scheduling appointments & meetings & etc.


•To ensure the smooth management of his day-to-day affairs, and the most effective use of time.


•Assist on traveling arrangement for employees such as booking accommodation, quarantine and etc.


•To handle confidential documents and maintain a good filing system such as legal documentation (NDA/Contracts and etc).


•To assist and co-ordinate in any company events.


•Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner.


•Assist on government contacts such as MIDA, ESD and so on


•Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Promote process approach and risk thinking in the organization.

Review the risks and opportunities.

Identify business risks and opportunities and manage to achieve the intended objectives.
