About the role
We are seeking a capable HR/Admin Officer to join our team at NORTHEAST PRECISION SDN BHD' in Bukit Minyak Penang. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting our Human Resources and administrative functions.
What you'll be doing
- Handling all HR-related activities, including monthly payroll process and ensuring accuracy, renewal foreign workers permit and update workers attendance
- Providing administrative support across the organisation, such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and assisting with other day-to-day tasks
- Ensuring compliance with relevant HR laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and programmed to enhance employee engagement and welfare
- Collaborating with other departments to address HR-related inquiries and concerns
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR/Administrative role, preferably in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
