What You'll Be Doing:

  • Office based and remote working
  • Work closely with the Agency team of Singapore to ensure smooth and efficient handling of port calls.
  • Respond to customer queries quickly and follow up to ensure their needs are met.
  • Manage vessel appointments to avoid any delays.
  • Monitor ongoing port calls, adjust to changes as needed, and ensure procedures follow internal SOPs.
  • ASSIST TO HANDLE THE OPERATION OF MALAYSIA WOODPULP DISTRIBUTION CENTER
  • OTHER ARRANGEMENTS JOB FROM THE TEAM  LEADERS

Prerequisites :

  • Self-Starter & Well-Organized: You're able to handle tasks independently, manage your time well, and meet deadlines.
  • Fast Learner: You're keen to learn and adapt quickly. Full training will be provided.
  • Collaborative Team Player: You enjoy working with others and are comfortable engaging with teams across different regions.
  • Excellent Communicator:You have strong communication skills and can build good working relationships.
  • Proactive & Solution-Oriented: You can foresee potential problems and take steps to address them before they arise.
  • Relevant Industry Background: Experience in the maritime or ship agency sector is a definite advantage.
