  1. Responsible for the achievement of the target sets by the Company under agency distribution.
  2. Develop positive business relationships with the agency force to ensure their performance is on track.
  3. Assist in the development of sales campaign.
  4. Monitor agency sales through appropriate sales analyses and reports.
  5. Manage the sales campaign, recruitment activities and agency related activities.
  6. Work closely with the FSA team to support recruitment efforts for the agency force.
  7. Coordinate and assist on agency recruitment processes, briefing on agency compensation, contests and challenges.
  8. Identify and address the training needs of the agency force assigned.
  9. Plan and organize agency meetings to communicate with the agency force on important issues.
  10. To ensure agency force comply with requirements and guidelines from regulatory authority and company.
  11. Other duties as required by the Management.
