Medical, Pharma etcTech Stack:(Note > Service Delivery Manager is not coding hands on / you do not need experience in the below).Net, .Net Core 5.0+,React Native / FlutterJavaScript: / / ResponsibilitiesLeading a software engineering team; recruitment, performance assessment, training and mentoringUnderstand the projects scope of delivery & responsible for end-to-end management of projectsEnsuring that systems, procedures are in place to meet required quality standards and SLAsTaking ownership of critical incidents and post-incident reviewsService delivery performance, meeting customer expectations and driving future demandProviding accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service deliveryCollaborating with technical partners to set standards for software, infrastructure and securityEnsuring that projects are delivered to comply with latest RMIT, Outsourcing and Security guidelinesJob RequirementsProject managementExperienced in dealing with 3rd party service providersIn-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, resource planning and other disciplines related to service delivery, e.g. ITIL principlesLevel3 years in a Project Manager or Delivery Manager role (Software / IT Projects)Or a Technical Lead, leading a team of engineers for a 3rd party / external clientLocationFully On-Site (Working Hour: 9am to 6pm)Petaling Jaya (Reachable by LRT Station)Permanent roleJob Type: Full-timePay: RM11, RM14,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
