In this full-time position, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high-quality software applications that power our innovative software solutions. Based in the vibrant city of George Town, Penang, you will play a crucial role in driving our technological advancements and enhancing the user experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Design, develop and implement end-to-end software solutions, from the front-end user interface to the back-end systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Write clean, efficient and maintainable code using the latest web development technologies and frameworks
- Identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues
- Continuously improve existing systems and implement new features to meet evolving business needs
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure the quality and reliability of our software
- Share your expertise and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a full-stack software developer, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML and CSS and backend web development utilising (.NET Core)
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries like
- Familiarity with database management systems, such as PostgreSQL or MSSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical concepts effectively
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
